- I'd guess getting an ICOM or something is better... I can't get much of
- anything on SW with my computer on, so getting a completely computer-dependant
- radio might not be a good idea 8-)

-
- I would like to get the net's advice/wisdom/experience/opinions on fixed
- towers (not crankups) on the order of 50' to 100'. Who is regarded as making
- the highest quality towers? What can I expect to spend? Where can I obtain
- info on installation (guy wires, concrete for the base, etc)? Is there a
- knowledgeable person in the vicinity of Providence, RI who would be willing
- to chat in person and provide some help?
